Jennifer Hamlin, one of our most amazing fitness instructors demonstrates PLANKS, in various levels. Join our October Plank Challenge, picking the highest level plank you can hold for at least 30 seconds, and then slowly working your way down through the levels as your body tires. Add time each day, and see where you land by Halloween!
